This note is in response to your last few postings.I love your double standard positions. #1 First you go around during election cycles scarring people that if a republican becomes President he will cut all social programs and kill poor people and old people, and then when he passes almost all of your spending initiatives to meet the needs of these valued citizens you call him a big spender. You can't have it both ways, if he has funded your programs, at least have the integrity to acknowledge it. If my information is correct this President has spent more money than any other President in history on social programs for the most needy among us.#2 After the dismantling of the military under former Clinton administration it is no wonder their was a surplus.( someone had to spend the money to rebuild it)I guess like all hard decisions its left up to the repulicans to make them. The former administration left the house torn down literally, and of course it takes money to build it back up. I am amazed that when the war in Iraq started the democrats had the audacity to wonder where the armored vehicles were or the full body armor was, when they were the ones that cut the spending to be prepared. I don't agree either with some of the things this administration is doing (border issues,amnisty and sovernty issues, appeasing democrats with money) but I'm not willing to be intellectually dishonest with the facts of where the money is going, so please list the social programs or foreign aid you suggest we cut and I will be happy to listen. Oh that’s right you will only mention the cost of the war, well remember you all voted for it also, before you voted against it and so did the whole world, besides it was the right thing to do, and history will prove that point as it did in ww1 and ww2. Its big government repulicans because they are funding everyones social programs, hey, isn't that what the left is running on this year, increased health care and social programs well I guess it will be more of the same, The only thing G.W. has done wrong in his administration is give the democrates whatever they asked for thinking they would be his friend if he did. Where is the thanks? he has given them everything they have asked for, including letting them continue to kill babies in the womb.Like they could really be appeased.By the way, the democrat run congress and senate have a lower approval rate than the president right now don't they? another inconvient truth!!!! #1. Funded "my" programs? What programs? He bailed out THE BANKERS, not some "program." Somehow, I don't see Citibank, Goldman Sachs, and Merill Lynch among, "the most needy among us."
#2. It's utterly disingenuous to proclaim the spending was to rebuild a neglected and dilapidated army. It was to make a Preemptive Occupation of a sovereign nation; something America has stood against from its inception.
Hard decisions? Hard decisions are to Let the Rich feel the pain of their reckless lending ... *that* would be a Hard Decision. It's the easy decision to deflect all criticism with a warmongering wrapped in the false cloak of patriotism and "security." That talk is DIRECTLY out of 1984.
Why are you going off on "social programs" tangent again? Did you read the links in the posts? The Big Government Republicans intervened into PRIVATE CONTRACTS between PRIVATE LENDERS, which is practical the First Commandment of Free Market Capitalism to NEVER DO SUCH A THING!
You assert that Clinton left the White House "a shambles" because he committed the most common behavior in the history of mankind ... he got a blowjob from an adoring temple harlot; something that 70% of preachers in the pulpit likely engage in on a regular basis.
A blow job is "shambles" but lying to the American public and leading a nation into unilateral preemptive war is "giving in to the democrats." Makes no sense whatsoever.
And what exactly is the problem you suggest with relying upon Facts over Feelings? It's a FACT that there is no possible chance of consciousness in a clump of 10 cells. Even removing much larger clumps of cells has nothing to do with "killing babies." There is ZERO DATA but for a bizarre fairy tale religious text that CLAIMS a sperm latched onto an egg is INSTANTANEOUSLY "a baby."
Think about it, it doesn't even pass the laugh test. It's utterly laughable.
The emotional outcry of "baby killers" is the most absurd, Feelings-over-Facts insanity imaginable and the tone of these posts is specifically intended to match the tenor or hyperbolic histrionics which is otherwise known as The Religious Conservative Hijacking of the Republican Party of the United States; brought to you by Bimbo-In-Chief Coulter and Bombastic Bobblehead Hannity.
It's not the writing that needs help, you're a very good writer; I'd suggest that it's the conclusions based upon pre-processed pseudo-evidence that warrant continued reevaluation.
And remember boys and girls, to always go Right, Right, Right, because it's the very same word as right which means you get to always be right, right?! Obviously, Left is synonymous with Wrong because the words don't match up all pretty like Right and right, right?
And Right even begins with R for Republican, the Democrats can't even match up their first letters! Besides, when God and Jesus wrote the Constitution, they *meant* to say, "We the Republican Right ..." not "We the People ..." The problem is not God's, it's the sinful fallibility of men, as the founding fathers introduced a few minor transcription errors; but we have parchment shrapnel that PROVES what God and Jesus really meant when they first discovered America and carved it into 50 states. God and Jesus! God and Jesus! God and Jesus! You're free to have Complete Religious Freedom, but remember that if you believe anything other than what WE believe, you'll be Burning in Eternal Hell. So see? You DO have freedom to choose ... FOLLOW ... or DIE IN HELL FOREVER.
That's not Free Will and there is no possible benevolent creator who would EVER create such a choice for a cherished and loved creature. The THREAT of ETERNAL HELL is not even close to a loving gesture. It's PURE EVIL.
No morally consistent intelligent entity can possibly assert "unconditional love" ... "upon this ONE condition." If there's ONE condition, then it isn't unconditional. Christianity starts with a lie and ends with the most intricate, malicious, and cynical crowd-controlling cacophony of totalitarian intolerance in history; eclipsing even the arrogance of the Jewish superstition from which it sprang. And yet, Islam even further ups the ante from Christianity, taking the same game to the highest level of disingenuous dogmatic domination of all time.
Hence, god is NOT Great, and Religion Poisons Everything.
